Keith is professional and easy to work with and his installers are meticulous and professional.  I would definitely go back to them for tile and flooring needs.

     We love our new floors! We had several local flooring contractors offer us products that we did not want.  We asked a retired flooring contractor if he could recommend to us a good, honest flooring contractor.  He recommended Floor Coverings International NOLA.  When Michelle showed up in her work boots, my husband knew immediately that she was not just a sales person. She was so knowledgeable and helpful that we chose her company right after her visit to our house.  She answered our questions and helped with our choices. Her crew was courteous, efficient and finished the job in one day, on schedule.  After the first few boards had been put down, I texted Michele how much I loved them, and still do!      Michele and her team did a fantastic job. The flooring selection was second to none. The job wound up being more complex than anticipated replacing 2 layers of subfloor including the new laminate. The project was completed on time as promised and we couldn't have asked for better service. If you are ever looking for a truly family run business with white glove service look no further.

     We got a couple of quotes before we went with this company.  From the start, they impressed us with their transparency and professionalism.  One of the owners came to our house with samples and we got to choose our tiles on the spot.  She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction.  By the end of our consult, she had a quote ready for us along with estimated time of completion.  They surpassed all of our expectations.  They started the job earlier than we expected (we thought we would have to wait another couple of weeks), they finished the job on time, complete with cleanup and replacement of floor moldings), and they charged us exactly what they quoted us.  They did not cut corners. They did the job right.  How rare is that!?  All along, the owner visited the site, as did the project manager to make sure everything was going according to schedule.  In three days, we had a new kitchen/laundry room floor and we love it.  It made such a difference!  We highly recommend this company!!

     My husband decided to hire professionals to finish installing flooring in our hallway, spare bath, and office. Michelle (one of the owners) came and provided us a quote, which we felt was very reasonable. Once we had enough product on hand, we scheduled the install. Two friendly gentlemen arrived, as did Michelle, to discuss what needed to be done (removal of both the toilet and tile in the spare bath, removal of old LVP in office, install water barrier and new flooring, install new quarter rounds, install new seal and replace toilet). The guys got to work immediately and did an amazing job! They were perfectionists...absolutely no complaints! Michelle then came back to inspect their work. Of all the flooring companies available, I cannot recommend this company enough! Call them for a quote and then hire them! Michelle was an absolute delight to work with. She takes pride in the product her company provides and is very professional. Thanks so much to Floor Coverings International of Northshore NOLA!
